  1. Ensure Correct Motor Rotation Direction
During the initial start-up, it is essential to confirm the correct rotation direction of the motor.
A directional arrow indicating the correct rotation is marked on the compressor unit at the factory.
After starting the unit, observe the motor's rotation.

    • If the motor rotates in the wrong direction, the phase sequence must be corrected by swapping any two of the three-phase 380V power supply lines.

  2. Check the Exhaust Valve
Before starting the air compressor, check whether the exhaust valve at the outlet is open.

    • The valve must remain in the open position; otherwise, the internal pressure will not be released after startup.

    • This may cause the safety valve on top of the oil-gas separator tank to activate and release pressure forcefully, potentially expelling the screw oil inside.

  3. Inspect the Interior of the Unit
Open the cabinet of the unit and inspect the interior for any signs of leakage, dripping, or abnormal conditions.

    • If any such issues are found, immediately contact the manufacturer for on-site service.

    • Also, check the level of the screw oil to ensure it is within the safety range.

      • If the oil level is too low, it may cause the unit to shut down due to high temperature after starting.
