No risk of oil leakage:
(1) The pipeline adopts the walform process. The metal is seamlessly extruded integrally, using a 24 degree cone and high temperature resistant fluorine rubber sealing glue,which has the functions of vibration damping and absorption and no risk of oil leakage.

(2)Fluorine rubber camping flexible joints are used, which are semi permanent.

(3)The pipeline is formed by one time bending without welding, eliminatingthe risk of pipeline oil leakage.

(4)A stainless steel explosion proof oil sight glass is adopted, which is hightemperature resistant and can withstand a pressure of 160 bar.

High standard configuration:

(1) Oil cooled motor: The protection level is IP65 or above, the insulation levelis H, the motor efficiency is ≥ lE5, and the magnet steel with a temperatureresistance of 180'C is used without the risk of demagnetization.

(2) Screw air end: The air end adopts eight bearings. It has a ten year warranty.

(3)Frequency converter: The most advanced vector control technology in the worid is adopted, so that the unit can ensure that it obtains appropriate torqueto drive e air compressor to run smooly under the condition of the minimum temperature rise of the motor within a wide range of rotational speeds of themachine.

Easy maintenance:

(1) Chanun independently develops a fully external combined long life oil airseparator, which supports users to carry out self maintenance.

(2) Original Donaldson oil filters and air filters are used to ensure the worry-free operation of the system.

(3)Chanun independently develops an oil air separator base, which enlargesthe air flow passage,greatly reduces the pressure loss and improves theenergy efficiency of the whole machine.(4)Human centered design: The oil sight glass and pressure gauge can bechecked without opening the cabinet.
