Air Compression Process
Suction Stage
Ambient air enters through the top air inlet. Driven by a short-stroke crankshaft, the orbiting scroll rotates eccentrically counterclockwise around the center of the fixed scroll, forming continuous suction chambers.
Compression Stage
As the scroll rotates, the volume of the air chambers gradually decreases. The air is compressed progressively without pulsation and smoothly guided toward the central high-pressure zone.
Discharge Stage
The compressed air is discharged through the central outlet. A built-in check valve prevents backflow, ensuring stable and reliable operation.
